Job Description

1.

    Ensure that all incoming goods are properly stored / coded / priced / pending / classified according to the suppliers code

    Ensure that all delivery items have a description and that all correct (issued) packages / cartons have been removed

    3.

    Manually send and protect all records

    4

    Decide if stolen goods can be repaired

    5

    Manually check carton boxes (incoming), non-commercial materials and reverse signature

    6.

    Responsible for supplying all showrooms / clients

   7

    Continuously monitor spoiled inventory and take corrective actions from time to time

    8.

    Check before delivery / checklist so customers can find all packages in specification and data.

    9.

    Prepare special reports / statements in line with the request of the conceptual office / area to understand and define some aspects of the job.

    To give great importance to special orders from exhibitions in sales / event / season change

    Ensure safety and security of stock / personnel at the relevant site

    12

    Plan and implement physical verification on the basis of financial advice

    13

    Auditing the entire inventory movement and advising warehouse managers to make the right decisions.

    14.

    Space management, inventory management, loss reduction, suitable workplace creation etc.  Review and implement warehouse best practices.

    Get involved and assist in a special project that is triggered according to the field or concept
