The human resource manager directs and manages the human resource department, defines, develops and implements human resource plans, policies and procedures under the management of the general manager and contributes to the development of human resource equipment in the organization. Meets business needs
Advising the General Manager on current alternative business plans to meet company classification requirements and preparing reports on management information to ensure that managers have the ability to make strategic decisions. Contains all relevant information needed for support
Salary conducts detailed salary survey, analyzes data, identifies problems, and prepares outcome documents for presentation to HR Manager and General Manager.
Promotes and maintains good working relationships with internal agencies, external agencies, and service providers to support the seamless delivery of the organization's HR services and support the external image of the company.
The employee relations team will provide professional advice and guidance to internal clients, attempt to negotiate a solution outside of the formal complaint process and conduct necessary investigations to ensure claims are correct.
Attending and attending business planning and decision-making meetings to communicate effectively within the organization and provide general support for the introduction of human resources and business decisions.
Manage annual budgets and expenditures each year and report budget changes to set limits, optimize and reduce costs and provide cost effective management.
Provide advice to all employees involved in all recruitment and appointment processes, including overseeing hiring, promotions, immigration, discrimination, and government relations activities to provide an effective service.
Cal manages the recruitment process for both key positions and field staff to help recruit highly qualified individuals who will help the company achieve its goals.
Requirements of the applicant
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration Master's degree combination
