Roles and Responsibilities:

     Environmental related construction work, maintenance and related systems including environmental regulations, electrical, building automation, plumbing and mechanical systems.

     Provide technical advice and guidance to operating personnel.

     Maintain all environmental, mechanical and electrical operating systems, including large-scale HVAC control, life safety, electricity, lighting, water supply and water treatment.

     Supervising and completing the corrective and preventive maintenance services planned in the assigned building systems.

     At least ten (10) years of work in construction or industry.

     Should possess HVAC certification, mechanical or equivalent.

     Strong customer service focused on high motivation

     Ability to work independently and in close teams, teaching knowledge of safety and fire laws, and ability to make effective technical decisions in emergency situations.

     Leadership Excellent leadership skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills.

     

     MS Office Specialist (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) - Will be a college degree or a post-secondary entity.

SENIOR HVAC TECHNICIAN :       10

1: Salary AED 2,500 / - to AED 2800 

2: 12 hours duty 6 days a week (Accommodation Transport provided by Employer

3: 3-5 Years of UAE experience with a top tier FM company or HVAC company is Mandatory 

4: Prior experience working in high rise towers

5: All CVs to mention which HVAC units they have worked on ( AHU , FAHU , FCU , Chiller , VRF , Split , window , package )

6: Proficient in maintenance and troubleshooting

7: Must be proficient in PPM , corrective and reactive maintenance . Aged under 40 

8: yearsGood Communications skills in English ( read , write , speak ) 

9: Tech Savvy able to operate mobile apps on Smartphones or Tablets
