1 MEP estimation and tender 

Managing the daily activities of the estimates section of engineering organizations. 

 • Implementation of standards and procedures for technical assessment and supervision of the work of project evaluators. Correcting cost variances by collecting and analyzing data. Ask for pricing and supplier proposals for labor, materials, and equipment and evaluate proposals to ensure they meet project and budgetary requirements. 

• Managing employees and subordinates in day-to-day operations. Ensure achievement of project milestones / department / goal and adherence to approved budgets. 

 • He has full authority for the performance of the employees. Extensive knowledge of departmental functions and operations 

 • Prepare a construction budget by studying the house plan. Condition updates define the cost and estimate for each height 

 • Evaluate the purchase offer at cost of additional changes and site requirements. 

 • Verify and ensure that the bid coordination meets customer standards. Evaluate customer requests for bid / quotation / quotation documents.  

• Coordinate bid information from all institutional entities.

• Receive quotations from vendors and subcontractors by specifying materials. Determine qualified subcontractors and competitive pricing Requirements: Associate Degree, Electrical / Mechanical Engineer 

• An understanding of MEP construction technique

• Knowledge of international laws and requirements.

 • Work as a team or as a team leader.

• At least 15 years experience as a project manager within an electrical / mechanical company or MEP requiring a hospital project. A multi-tasking, self-motivated and active team player with flexible and adaptive working styles.  in MS Office

• Very good spoken an

d written English. Experience in the Middle East / Gulf would be an advantage. It should be available in Qatar with an NOC

   • Age between 27-40 years old

   You have at least 5 years of experience as a quality assurance engineer in a GCC project.

   • Strong understanding of quality assurance and quality assurance principles and tools.

   Knowledge of preparing and implementing quality procedures, requirements, quality assurance plans, inspection and testing plans, work procedures, knowledge of various international standards such as ASME, API, DIN, JIS, BS, etc.

   Must have knowledge of preparing PQP, MS, ITP, QAP, site audit reports and field reviews along with preparing customer inspection reports.

   Must have good experience with relevant international engineering and construction codes and standards for mechanical work.

   Must have a certificate (BGAS, CSWIP, ASCNT).

   You must know how to prepare welding procedure (WPS / PQR / WPQ).

   YOU SHOULD KNOW HOW TO READ GRAPHICS (ISOMETRIC / P & ID / AFC / LAY-OUT DRAWING).

   Knowledge and experience in HVAC installation and testing is required.

   • Good command of English, verbal and written.

   CSWIP certification or welding inspector certification is preferred

   Must attend within one week, 5-8 years experience

   Salary 16 Lac to 19 Lac P.A.
