Safety officer job in Qatar urgently required

 We want to employ qualified and professional safety personnel to be responsible for the health and safety of employees in the workplace.  Security workers compile a security program, establish stability standards and share best-practice techniques in regular employee meetings.

    To ensure success as a safety officer, you must keep up with the latest health and safety trends and implement these practices regularly in the workplace.  Full security and ensuring that all staff members comply with applicable standards.

    the responsibility:

•     Compilation of security programs
•     Practice safe work techniquel
•     Build honest and professional relationships with employees.
•     Maintain compliance with all safety regulations.
•     Hold regular staff meetings to share best practices.
•     Establish health and safety standards to maintain consistency.
•     Identify hazardous waste and properly dispose of it.
•     Strengthening security initiatives
•     Collecting and maintaining relevant records to ensure compliance.
•     Document employee information, meeting minutes and reports collected for management purposes.
•     Inspections / tests for workplace hazards, removal of hazards by email and daily review of safety reports.

    • Provide safety directives for new employees and keep records.

    • Coordination with KSI NURSE for all worker health problems.

    Inspection and replacement of damaged personal protective equipment after checking the previous release period.

    Help clients and factory visitors safely according to the address.

    Provide personal protective equipment for factory visitors

    • Hold a monthly safety meeting / Toolbox discussion to raise awareness among workers.

    • Maintain accident and accident reports after investigation, and prepare monthly safety statistics reports.

    Provides emergency / first aid critical assistance to transport victims to the nearest health center in company vehicles in the absence of the driver.

    • Provide first aid to workers or send it to KSI Nurse.

    Examine the inspection report of the assistant safety officer of the gantry crane for defects, then the maintenance reports for further inspection and replacement.

    • Report negligence and undisciplined activities carried out by workers / gentlemen to the Human Resources Department.

    • Perform cleaning checks.  (Cafeteria for employees - dining room for workers - bathroom for workers) Factory environment factory

    Eliminate fire risks. Fire extinguisher review Audit report Safety officer assistant and cross-body check Prepare an application for refilling pressurized fire extinguishers.

    Coordinate with the maintenance department to eliminate machinery risks such as incorrect electrical connections, installation of wire trays, and oil spills on the ground to prevent slipping and other safety concerns.

    Coordinate with wire / network / bending cutting supervisors and logistics department to prevent worker misconduct and other health and safety issues.

    • Coordinate with the store manager to remove excess scars and tie wires in broken areas.

    • Performing other functions assigned to top management.

    Skyscraper Construction Industry: NEBOSH IGC 1 2 3 and / or IOSH Safe Management is mandatory;  Requires an engineering degree or diploma;  You must immediately join with a valid personal identification card;  The independent family visa should be ready to join immediately;  He should be in Qatar
