Experience with a contracting company
Exposure to banking transactions such as bank guarantees
Letters of credit and contact with banks.
The ability to self-write in English languages
Known in MS Office applications
A convertible accountant secretary is required for a company with experience in accounts field with good knowledge of MS Excel. Any type of visa. Knowledge of English is a must.

Job responsibilities for an account assistant
Prepare, copy, scan and send invoices to the customer
Preparing a statement of accounts for the client at the end of the month
Prepare the bank reconciliation at the end of the month
Pursuing and chasing payments
Supporting and providing the auditors with the information they need during the audit
Mail invoices and track stock of postage
Any other task assigned to the president
Work requirements
Candidate must possess at least a professional / NiTEC certificate in any field.
At least 1 year (s) of work experience in the relevant field for this position is preferred.
Skill (s) required: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
An executive specializing in written / administrative support or equivalent.
