  We are one of the pioneers in the construction industry and are looking for a nurse in charge of treating employees and inspecting the work area for health hazards and monitoring working conditions.

  You will also be responsible for providing basic first aid, assessing employee health and providing initial diagnosis of medical conditions, maintaining employee health records, as well as assessing safety and health risks in the work environment.  He or she may perform comprehensive physical examinations on the employee in order to determine pre-existing medical conditions or determine physical illnesses acquired in the workplace.  You can create detailed reports on safety conditions, educate employees on preventive measures against occupational hazards, promote healthy living and working conditions, provide advice and support, develop health and safety policies, and ensure that the company keeps abreast of public health and employment safety legislation.

  Skills

  To be eligible for this position, you must have at least two years of experience obtaining a valid license in Qatar from the Supreme Council of Health, possess good communication and communication skills with others, excellent monitoring skills, and advanced knowledge in public safety and industrial health standards.  Must be patient, supportive, and compassionate, and be able to maintain their composure and work effectively within groups

  Minimum of two years nursing experience in the construction / service sector / hospitality field.

  Plan, manage and monitor the activities of the primary camp clinic.  Maintains an optimal standard of nursing care and practice through preparatory planning, post-operative evaluation, and patient care evaluation.

  1.1 Provides professional nursing care to employees who are undergoing primary health issues or assess the severity of the condition and make recommendations to the Human Resources Manager to take appropriate action on an immediate basis if needed.  1.2 Prepares and maintains the clinic for all first aid procedures.  1.3 Establishes and uses a checklist to monitor the physical plan of clinic equipment to ensure it meets all local standards to ensure the safety of the patient and all staff. 1.4 Collects the type and quantity of special materials and equipment needed for daily procedures and potential emergencies.  1.5 Circulate and invite you to emergency treatment procedures.1.6 Responds to emergency requirements such as heart and lung failure, respiratory failure, bleeding and makes itself available for any emergency call for help.  For total patient needs Aff.1.8 Conduct pre- and post-operative visits to the concerned patient’s staff if necessary (visit any staff member who was hospitalized from illness and provided practical support) 1.9 Discuss surgical procedures with patients and inform them of what to expect during surgery.  Other hospital units, which include a recovery room, intensive care, obstetrics, and nursing units, are on progress for patients.  1.11 He runs the clinic.  Directs and guides cleaning workers in preparing, sterilizing, and caring for operating room equipment and supplies.  1.12 Maintains summary and complete records and reports.  To promote healthy lifestyles and awareness / screening programs in all accommodations.  Coordinating and disseminating the health and safety awareness campaign.  To conduct induction (semester) and on-site public health training.  1.15 Worker Health Access - Monitor and record patient status for health monitoring program and passenger medical records so they are available.  To raise awareness and encourage a healthy lifestyle.
