 Managing cash or credit or reviewing transactions with clients.

    Scan products and collect payments

    Make sure the price is right.

    Issue a replacement, receipt, refund or ticket

    Exchange of stamps and coupons

    • Count the money in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of the shift to make sure the amount is correct and that there is enough variance.

    • Make the sales reference, keep selling and recommending new products.

    Solve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information.

    Pack your things carefully

    Welcome customers upon entry or exit from the facility

    • Keep the push area neat and tidy.

    • Maintain transaction reports.

    • Initiate the return of the product and verify whether the product is damaged or not.

    • Answer customer questions and find a manager if they cannot solve the problem.
