  Position: I am looking for project manager, plant production manager, fertilizer plant manager, food product marketing manager and production manager


  A reputed company is looking for the position below:


  1. Project Manager: (For Landscape - Has experience in landscaping works and fields)


  2. Factory Production Manager: (Has experience in manufacturing polymeric concrete)


  3. Fertilizer plant manager: (He has experience in managing fertilizer plants).


  4. Food Products Marketing Manager: (especially vegetables and fruits, he has experience in home delivery)


  5. Production manager: (specialized in producing vegetables and fruits

   Multifunctional support for other departments.


  Primary Responsibilities:

  Leading and maintaining operating standards while disregarding department performance in terms of time, resources, and quality dimensions.

  Developing comprehensive analysis and decision-making support based on executive management, based on sub-departmental reports.

  Technical sales, product design leadership and presence in clients, including but not limited to demos, presentations and negotiations.

  Cross-functional support for the remaining departments of the organization, including marketing, commercial, human resources, finance, and procurement.

  Leading and developing relationships with clients and potential clients, including resolving customer complaints and managing disputes.

  Defining technical and quality standards and tools for producing and coordinating information models

  Preparation or support for technical reporting at the project level.

  Managing project delivery in general with different project managers for different projects.

  Monitor and evaluate project performance including time, quality and money.

  Supervisory / leadership / administrative tasks:

  Leading and aligning operations with ideas, vision, environment, and implementation

  Become an inspiring leader with strong principles and commitment to organization based on organization, flexibility and agility.

  Promote team building by triggering events to bridge the physical operations gap between operational units.

  Nurturing and disseminating the culture of research, development and innovation across the department, and defining a climate for overall success.

  Mandatory: Bachelor of Engineering and Project Management
