 Work summary

Office receptionist

    • Welcoming and welcoming visitors with kindness and directing them to the relevant persons / bodies.

    • Effective and courteous handling of phone calls, ensuring that clear verbal communication provides the caller with the necessary information / advice and redirects the call to the concerned person or the need for a clear and concise message and sent.  By the message at the right time

    Provides general administrative support to employees.

    • Preserving the visitors' details when they enter the showroom.  Accurately completing showroom records helps sales consultants understand your visitor-to-sales conversion rate.

    • Ensuring visitors' access, maintaining security awareness, and ensuring that clients are directed to the correct office as scheduled and not the only cross-border office.

    • Ensure that employees' movements inside and outside the organization are known.

    • Ensure cleanliness in the reception area.

    • Ensure that the appropriate company profile is displayed at all times.

    Submit daily, weekly and monthly reports if possible.

    As a health club host, you will provide hospitality to potential guests, health club members, hotel and health club members to provide the overall guest experience.

    In principle, you will have some or all of the following skills and experience we are looking for:

    You have at least one year of experience in a similar position in a 5-star luxury hotel and / or resort.

    • Excellent communication skills in English.

    Good personality

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
