    What will you do?

    

 At Chalhoub we discover something special!  As a fashion consultant  You will be responsible for achieving both individual and group sales objectives by providing a great visitor experience.  and provide support for the implementation of CRM, CX, and key in-store customer and personnel initiatives.

 

    - You will collect information about customer behavior, key vendors, slow drivers, which will be the primary data for evaluating the business.

  

 Manage customer relationships with an Omni-channel approach


 Give feedback before buying about the product.

 

 Lead eNPS through initiatives and a culture of people's experience.


 Ensure that VM recommendations and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed.

    

 Ensure that click-throughs and collections are completed within the SLA (Service Level Agreement).


Ensure that customer data is recorded correctly in accordance with the requirements of the marketing team.


 Promote your loyalty program (MUSE) and stay up-to-date on offers, applications, etc.


 Support for events and in-store marketing activations

    - 

Side by side with every brand's activities and campaigns on social media.


 Direct sales in stores

  

  Support CX In-store initiatives


 Give feedback on what works/what doesn't work in the store.
