of key responsibilities


• Manage and maintain current policies and procedures within the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 LLC 

• Perform internal and external performance measurements 

• Encourage project managers to compete, negotiate and select suppliers in accordance with organizational guidelines  .  Procurement 

• Build and effectively manage supplier relationships using "competition" with, work together on category strategies 

• Observe market trends (innovation, overall market situation of suppliers and retailers) 

• Verify supplier types and / or spend  through the SAP P2P process 

• Develop supplier and provider files and execute agreements as needed 

• Review, evaluate and approve new service providers and providers 

• Obtain approvals Evaluate costs for materials, supplies and services 

• Identify potential vendors / suppliers.  collect and analyze information about them Introducing potential sellers to senior management

• Preparing sellers' contracts and negotiating terms with sellers 

• Maintaining inventory of raw materials, spare parts, inventory and keeping records • Periodically evaluate inventory and compare  that with marketing activities.  May recommend factory procurement arrangements to senior management 

• Order materials from approved suppliers 

• Review, analyze invoice / document review;  Follow the receipt of documentation to the Accounting Department for the seller's payment.  

• Maintain approved supplier records and periodically evaluate vendor performance (e.g., compliance, trends, identified irregularities, etc.) 

• Schedule the disposal of inappropriate materials.  Qualifications and Experience Qualifications 

• Bachelor Degree in the relevant field 

• Project or program management

• Management experience in planning, qualifying, contracting, designing and providing technical services and overlaps.  In international football and / or major international sporting events


• At least 5 years of experience in strategic planning.  and project or program management This includes relationships with government or political entities in customer-facing roles 

• Knowledge of at least one technical service and areas of overlap.  This includes temporary infrastructure and overlays / extensions.  and in an ideal event environment 

• Direct experience in the bidding process.  Leading project acquisition and contract management 

• Experienced and able to work in a rapidly changing environment.  Sometimes under strict pressure and supervision.  Able to cope with stress on an individual basis as well as supporting colleagues and subordinates in such environments


 Skills

• Fluency in English - Speak and Write (required) 

• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio &  Project). 

• Online planning software and collaboration tools (assets) With
