    Requirements -

  •     Proven work experience as a healthcare practitioner, physician / dental office manager or related position.
  •     Knowledge of health regulations and medical law Superior dental / medical knowledge and vocabulary
  •     Management and accounting experience Familiarity with databases and spreadsheets (Tally).
  •     Strong organizational and time management skills
  •     Qualification in health administration or business administration with experience in healthcare
  •     Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a sharp situation.  Team players with leadership skills
  •     Maintain a positive attitude that focuses on customer satisfaction.


Accountabilities

     1. Supporting the site medical director in terms of operational and strategic management 

2. Using clinical knowledge and experience to facilitate the development and monitoring of KPIs 

3. Facilitating the chair 

4. Establishing and verifying compliance with KPIs, including time, place and clinical director in clinical staff planning and force modeling  Working.  Access / Waiting and Quality Standards Focus on 

5. Provide expertise, support, training and advice on implementing clinical governance standards for the organization and the organization.  Ensure implementation of Quality Board recommendations 

6. Provide advice on patient safety, clinical risks, and clinical governance issues to all staff as needed.  

7. Provide support.  To ensure that all employees understand the risks of the organization, incident management and compliance with those policies.  

8. Supporting medical managers and clinical leaders by ensuring that operational data is collected to provide perspective.  Incident trend services, followed by implementation and review of action plans to ensure changes are implemented.  

9. Follow up on compliance and implementation of recommendations issued by AMOC and the Risk Management Committee.  Take risks and report progress to the president and the medical director's office.  Ensure that all recommendations resulting from the clinical review are implemented and maintained.

10 Assist in resolving complaints / concerns submitted by the Visitor and Patient Center in accordance with company policy.  

11. The clinical department to develop a clear vision and service strategy for the department that closely aligns with the hospital and organization goals 

12. Assist the clinical department in developing and implementing the department’s annual service plan in conjunction with the president / president and key personnel within the department to align with the strategic goals and vision 

13. Assist the clinical departments in  Service improvement programs that will continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of services. 

15. Capital Program Review Section 

15. Assist the clinical department in preparing the feasibility study for the acquisition of fully stock and capital items in close cooperation with the hospital's emergency department 

16. Perform other tasks.


    Department of Human Ressources:

    1. Assist the clinical department in developing an integrated plan for the workforce.  (Medical and non-medical) in line with the department's service development plan and the Qatarization support program 

2. Ensure that all employees have an annual evaluation and goals are set and personal development needs are identified and reviewed in accordance with the human resources policy.  

3. Ensure that adequate arrangements are made to administer the absenteeism policy 

4. Assist clinical departments in developing staffing and treatment programs, which include succession planning and employee reviews.


    Communication

    1. Ensure that effective arrangements are in place to communicate operational and business / strategic issues to all employees 

2. Involve employees in planning, implementing and evaluating service improvement initiatives.  Developing all employees to understand and evaluate the business goals and objectives of the hospital and departments.


    Responsibility'
