1. General forman

 Job Summary Supervise and monitor general work and interact with the site supervisor and team members to ensure that site functions run smoothly during the work day.  Responsible for providing multi-skilled resources.  That the work is completed safely on time and that the highest quality is responsible for ensuring maximum productivity at the lowest cost.  The Principal Accountants BR perform construction work as per the approved workshop through drawing and behavior-based safety instructions issued by the project team.  Construction to ensure project cost and budget are met Maintain acceptable quality of work, reduce redundancy and utilize available resources br.Completion of assigned work within a pre-set time frame maintains quality according to company standards.  Br Roles amp responsibilities br basic function br 1 construction work according to the approved drawing of methodology for writing operations and behavior-based safety data issued by the project team to meet the established standards of productivity requirements br.  Construction achieved a statement of how to paint a certified store and BBS-based safety behavior and was 100% completed on or before the specified end date;  Carry out proper maintenance of the site for the movement of materials, equipment and construction workers and distribute those resources to ensure that project costs and budgets are met.  Ensure the daily maintenance of the construction site related activities is successful and ensure that the cost of the activities will not exceed 100% of the budget.  BR 3 Maintain an acceptable quality of work, reduce redundancy and efficient use of available resources, and ensure that assigned work is completed within the specified timeframe.  Maintains company standards and reduces rework ratio to 0 BR 4. Ensure compliance with SA safety procedures and report any risks to site engineers to help project team deal with losses.  No time wasted ensures that 100 workers under your supervision follow company safety procedures during daily working hours, ensuring there is no time wasted on project site tasks.  Efficiently make sure to release the latest build version.  The construction team will apply the drawings whenever there is a review from the IFC.  Ensure that 100 daily assignments are based on the latest IFC knowledge, knowledge and job skills, knowledge of the scope and objectives of the project building knowledge.  In the project safety chart Y objectives br knowledge of the company and project and project safety objectives br knowledge of occupational and environmental health and safety policies and procedures br total 9 years of work experience in 4 years GCC countries 4 years br competency and commitment to innovation C2 br Demonstration of responsibility C2 br Demonstrating service center  C2 clients communication and collaboration C2 br computer skills to work with most of the Office Excel L2 series knowledge of Sequnce operation and time required for concrete L1 br Sequnce knowledge of installation and time to build the L2 power system br knowledge of Sequnce installation knowledge of the time required to install the Elv L2 system knowledge of Sequnce installation and duration  Required to build a mechanical system L2 Experience managing a designated subcontractor effectively L3 Education br High school diploma in technologies related to official certification

At least 5 years of experience in drywall, tapping work, interior decoration, drywall and painting,

    Should be able to manage a team of 30 drywall carpenters

    3. MASON FOREMAN

 has a minimum of 2 years experience in construction work and 5 years of experience in building work in walls, blocks, scaffolding, roofs and underground facilities.  A combination of education, supervisory experience and related construction experience may be considered.  Reports to: Project Supervisor Basic Tasks: Construction supervisors direct construction activities on the project site according to schedule, budget, plans, requirements, and procedures.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, job planning, recruitment techniques for application, supervision, training, evaluation and assignment of jobs among crew members.  General functions:

    Apply building materials such as bricks, masonry tiles, concrete / cement blocks, glass, plaster, and clay to build or repair walls, partitions, arches, sinks, and other structures.

    • Learn project details and provide useful advice about project schedules and budgets from the office or owner.

    • Ensure correct paper flow and reporting from the field to the project office.  Delivery obligations, other required documents, dimensions and correspondence

    • Provides advice to supervisors of project area personnel who do not follow policy and scheduling procedures.

    • Notify the supervisor of the invoice known, retroactively, to the subcontractor.

    • Conducting meetings with the team to schedule and coordinate activities that will take place during the week.  The crew live during the week to ensure success

    • Evaluates the performance of crew members and makes recommendations on developments, upgrades, fires or other changes in status.

    • Check delivery of materials based on quantity, condition, and consistency with the vendor's delivery receipt.  Notify the supervisor about delivery problems (spoilage, shortage of back goods, etc.)

    • Reviewing all field requests from owners through the supervisor before starting any changes to the scope or design of the original contract document.

    Provide the necessary in-house care for:

    • Clarify paint sizes and tolerances.

    • Coordination of commercial interfaces to avoid interruptions or divisions.

    Set quality standards and reject improper installation.

    Alerts the appropriate personnel to potential design problems or unexpected site deviations.

    • Perform related work as described or assigned by supervisor.

    4. Steel fixer forman

Carry out all activities related to steel cutting and bending.
