    As my supervisor, you are responsible for preparing daily meals and assigned tasks to fulfill the standards and quality set by your role, which will include key responsibilities such as:

    Support your Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in their daily operations and work.

    • Work as per Chef de Partie menu requirements.

    • Maintaining the work area in hygienic conditions at all times in accordance with the rules set by the hotel.

    • Control of food stocks and food costs on your side.

    • Providing incorrect daily location and food production in different parts of the main kitchen or satellite.

    Immediately follow your supervisor's instructions and instructions to complete daily tasks.
