    Experience and skills

    Good experience in daily contact with the field operations team.  A support construction team to facilitate early docking of downhole drilling rigs.

    Experience in drilling directional wells in rocky environments.

    Excellent English speaking and writing skills

    • High level of skill in the Open Wells reporting system.

    Education

    • Engineering degree required, but not necessarily based on the level of expertise involved.

    • IWCF certified, the current level 4 floor space is minimal.

    • T-BOSIET is currently the minimum.

    Machinery, equipment and tools will be under responsibility, so pump workshop equipment and tools must be maintained in good and safe standards to ensure the shop is operating as expected.

    • Participate in creating and implementing necessary procedures, including checklists and audit reports, to assist in reporting and quality.

    Workshop Supervisor - Oil and Gas is responsible for reviewing terms and conditions and reviewing requirements, accreditation requirements, schedules, engineering and repair methods.  As well as approval of inspection reports.

    • Participate and assist in initiating the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) and management development work.

    • Provide support for change and encourage direct reports to challenge cooperation to improve working methods and methods.

    • Strengthening teams to achieve high efficiency by setting and communicating goals and objectives to individuals and departments.

    • Developing and maintaining high standards of hygiene and improving environmental health and safety activities.

    Requirements:

    Diploma / Bachelor in Related Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Chemistry)

    You must have at least 10 years API 610 years experience in oil and gas pump repair.
